In the morning, the mansion was a hive of activity. The Singhania family traditionally celebrated Karwa Chauth at home, but this year, security concerns had shifted the venue. The morning puja was held at a secure family friend’s residence, where elite ladies from across the city gathered. For the evening rituals, the entire clan was set to move to the Rathore mansion.
